π THE 5‑DAY HEART–MIND YOGA CHALLENGE
A gentle journey into peace, clarity, and the Beautiful State
Each day has:
A simple practice
A short reflection
A gentle transformation
πΏ DAY 1 — Return to Your Body
Deep Cellular Relaxation
Most people live in their head. Today, we bring them back into their body.
Practice
Lie down comfortably. Relax your body part by part — feet, legs, hips, abdomen, chest, shoulders, arms, neck, face, eyes, forehead, scalp.
Feel each part melting. Softening. Letting go.
Reflection
Notice how your mind becomes quiet when your body becomes soft.
Transformation
You will feel lighter, calmer, more present.
This is the first step of Heart–Mind Yoga, explained beautifully in my upcoming book Heart–Mind Yoga: The Eight‑Limb System for Health, Happiness, and the Beautiful State.
πΈ DAY 2 — Awaken Your Inner Energy
Energizing the Three Centers
Today we activate the three sacred centres of your being.
Practice
Sit comfortably. Chant:
AAA at the navel
UUU at the heart
MMM at the throat
Feel the vibrations moving through your body.
Reflection
Notice which sound feels strongest. Your body is speaking.
Transformation
You will feel energized, balanced, and emotionally stable.
These three sounds are the foundation of inner harmony — a key part of Heart–Mind Yoga.
❤️ DAY 3 — Enter the Heart Space
Heart Meditation + Filling the Heart with Love
Today we awaken the centre of your life — your heart.
Practice
Place your hand on your heart. Breathe slowly. Feel the warmth.
Ask softly: “What is making my heart beat?”
Now visualize a soft light entering your heart. Let it fill your chest. Let it spread to your whole body. Let it flow to everyone you love.
Reflection
Notice how your breath changes when your heart opens.
Transformation
You will feel warmth, softness, and emotional clarity.
This practice is the soul of my book Whispers from the Womb, where I explore the intelligence of the heart and womb.
π¬️ DAY 4 — Breathe Yourself Free
SOHAM + Breath Observation
Today we dissolve fear and awaken inner freedom.
Practice
Breathe with the mantra:
SO — inhale
HAM — exhale
After a few minutes, stop the mantra and simply observe your breath.
Do not change it. Do not control it. Just watch.
Reflection
Notice how silence appears when you stop interfering with your breath.
Transformation
You will feel peaceful, grounded, and mentally clear.
SOHAM is one of the most powerful Heart–Mind Yoga practices — explained in my book on the Beautiful State.
π DAY 5 — Enter the Beautiful State
Silence, Stillness, Sankalpa
Today you experience the Beautiful State — your natural state.
Practice
Sit quietly. Let your breath be natural. Let your heart be open. Let your mind be soft.
Now plant your Sankalpa — your intention. See it clearly. Feel it deeply. Trust it completely.
End with a gentle AUM.
Reflection
Notice how your intention feels stronger when your heart and mind are aligned.
Transformation
You will feel connected, peaceful, and deeply alive.
This is the essence of Heart–Mind Yoga — the journey into the Beautiful State.
